Our apartments, perfect for business or leisure trips, arrivals or departures as expat, are equipped for 2 persons (baby bed possible)

       RECEPTION

               A few days before your arrival, we organize an appointment, from 3pm, at the apartment you selected and :         

we welcome you personally,

we see over the common parts of the building and introduce you into the apartment,

together, we set up the inventory of fixtures including a list of equipments and furnishings along with their description, document that we both sign, 

you pay us the balance of the rent as well as the security deposit, 

we hold you over the keys of the apartment.

       STAY

               Your satisfaction being our priority, we put at your disposal an apartment of high standing, with all the comfort, thought and arranged so that you feel at home, decorated with taste and sophistication. We offer in particular the following services :

a dedicated cell phone, available 7 days a week, from 10 am to 8 pm, free for calls made from the apartment,

a free high speed Internet connection, including more than 50 television channels and communications towards more than 40 countries landlines,

we make do the cleaning and change the house linen once per week so as to guarantee the best comfort to you.

       DEPARTURE

               A few days before the end of your stay, we organize an appointment the day of departure, before 11 am during which : 

we set up the outgoing inventory which we both sign, 

you give us back the keys,

we deliver you, on simple request,  a statement of full payment as well as a questionnaire of satisfaction to be returned at your convenience.
